Fall Planting Season Is Here!

Update--The Fall planting season is upon us. I have about half of my plots in. I started a little early this year because of the rain pattern we are in here in central MN. Last night we got another 3.5" of rain. I will be out finishing up my food plots as soon as it drys up a little. It is also a good idea to lightly scout you plots after they have been planted to see how they are doing. I have a couple of Big and Beasty food plots that I plan on giving a little more nitrogen after they get up to 3-5" inches tall. Everyday hunting season gets a little closer and if we keep getting the timely rains it should be a spectacular year! I have been running my trail cameras and have a ton of deer. I'm not getting as many big bucks as I would like to see but hopefully that will change. The Browning Trail Cameras have been performing flawlessly for me. I have had some of them out since April 1st and they are still showing 100% which I am very pleased with. So now is the time to get your work done. If you haven't got you cameras out get them out. It also not to late to start a new food plot. So get out there and have fun with it. Come hunting season you'll be glad you did!
